Ihsaan is a specialist service providing psychological therapies that are grounded in, and aligned with, an Islamic understanding of the self. Our approach integrates Islamic principles with evidence-based psychological therapies, offering care that is both clinically effective and spiritually attuned.

We are a team of qualified Muslim practitioners from a range of disciplines, including clinical psychology, psychotherapy, and counselling. We are committed to delivering ethical, culturally sensitive, and faith-informed support. Where appropriate, we also offer referral pathways to trusted Raqis and Hakeems.

Ihsaan is supported by a professional advisory board, including experts in mental health, clinical supervision, and Islamic scholarship. The board provides guidance and oversight to ensure high standards in clinical practice and service delivery.

These courses are designed by counsellors and therapists for counsellors and therapists who specialise in Islamic psychology either provided face to face or online. Islamic psychology integrates Islamic principles with psychology to provide a faith based approach to mental health along with other services such as peer support and supervision.
