WELCOME TO IHSAAN
Therapeutic Services for Mind, Heart and Body.
Ihsaan is a specialist service providing psychological therapies that are grounded in, and aligned with, an Islamic understanding of the self. Our approach integrates Islamic principles with evidence-based psychological therapies, offering care that is both clinically effective and spiritually attuned.
We are a team of qualified Muslim practitioners from a range of disciplines, including clinical psychology, psychotherapy, and counselling. We are committed to delivering ethical, culturally sensitive, and faith-informed support. Where appropriate, we also offer referral pathways to trusted Raqis and Hakeems.
Ihsaan is supported by a professional advisory board, including experts in mental health, clinical supervision, and Islamic scholarship. The board provides guidance and oversight to ensure high standards in clinical practice and service delivery.
