The International Association of Islamic Psychology (IAIP) was established by Professor Malik Badri in 2017, essentially to protect standards in the field of Islamic Psychology. Amongst other functions, the Association accredits individual psychological therapists, clinics, therapeutic services and training courses. The Ihsaan service and the approach to Islamic Psychology course at the Cambridge Muslim College are both accredited by IAIP
